Voilà ce qu'Oliver m'as écrit:
ack from IFA now and was not able to see the Pearl but I saw the Mitsubishi 1080p LCD.
The Mitsubishi has a lot of potential and is also very flexible with regard to setup. Even for me Pixel structure is not visible at all at 2/3 of your viewing distance - I would probably suggest to go with that one instead of the Pearl (also nice, but has some of the Ruby quirks, higher lens costs etc.) for your particular situation if you do not go the Ruby route.
The MSRP of the Mits is 3990,- and it has a low mode lamp run time of 5000 hours and seems to be less prone to convergence issues and issues with brightened corners, the advantages of the LCOS panel with regard to higher fill rate is not an advantage at more than 1.6 or 1.8 screen widths viewing distance even for me, and I am VERY picky with regard to pixel structure.
