Epson Enters New Home Theater Projector Category With Models Featuring World's First 3LCD Reflective Technology and Contrast Ratios up to 1,000,000:1

ATLANTA, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- CEDIA Expo 2010, Booth 2406 -- Epson America today announced its entry into a new home theater projector market with three 1080p 3LCD™ Reflective home theater projectors, the PowerLite® Pro Cinema 61000 and 31000, and Home Cinema 21000. Designed for custom installers and home theater aficionados, these projectors feature the world's first 3LCD Reflective technology, along with Epson's UltraBlack™ technology for exceptional picture quality and astounding contrast ratios. The Home Cinema 21000 and Pro Cinema 31000 achieve a 500,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio while the Pro Cinema 61000 produces the world's first mega contrast ratio of up to 1,000,000:1(i).

With Epson's newly developed 3LCD Reflective technology, along with fully optimized high contrast ratios, these projectors deliver the deepest blacks and brightest whites. As the number-one selling projector brand worldwide(ii), Epson created 3LCD Reflective technology based on its established transmissive HTPS technology to deliver advanced video quality with higher contrast ratios, richer colors, smoother gradation, and enhanced black levels. Au fait Worf (bonsoir). Je sais que les souvenirs de cette projection à laquelle tu as assisté a l'Ifa ne sont peut etre plus très frais dans ton esprit. Mais tu pense que au niveau netteté de l'image l'Espon était du niveau d'un bon dlp comme le 5080 de Vivitek ?

Et oui ça a l'air drolement intérressant, mais faut causer l'allemand (ou l'allemande, ouf, ouf, ouf...).
Bon pour revenir sérieux, on a aujourd'hui de bonnes prévisions sur la sortie des JVC. Qu'en est-il des Epson, plusieurs dates ont été avancées : d'abord novembre puis décembre, puis janvier 2011 et puis de nouveau décembre.
Quelqu'un a-t-il une idée ... Ou alors est-ce qu'on en sait rien !!

J'attends ton test avec impatience... et une comparaison EH-R2000 / JVC X3 si possible

La question que je me pose est au sujet de la finesse de l'image. Sur les jvc (j'ai eu un hd350) je trouve l'image pas fine du tout , les epson tw400 et 5500 sont nettement meilleurs sur ce point , qu'en est il sur les nouveaux modeles?

Heu..... comment dire c'est un test ça ? Il a pas oublié le mode 2:35 et la mémoire de zoom le testeur ?

Bien sur que c'est loin d'être complet comme test, mais ça donne une première impression.
En même temps combien sommes-nous à attendre d'un vidéoprojecteur une superbe image et une fiabilité assurée. Combien d'utilisateurs projettent en 2,35 ? Pour ce format il faut avoir beaucoup de place pour vraiment l'apprécier.
Alors avant tout le principal critère quand on regarde les milliers de posts c'est la qualité d'image. et là il faut dire que le testeur en question ne saute pas au plafond quand il le compare aux "anciens modèles".
D'ailleur il en est de même avec les nouveaux JVC, si on en crois les premiers retours !
