Pas sur tous les programmes mais souvent quand il y a beaucoup de mouvements à l'image.

C'est plus visible sur le moniteur que sur le TT c'est du à la distance de visionnage avec le moni je suis à moins d'un mètre sa doit être normal.

Euro 1080 will release smart-cards to decode encrypted HDTV in March for a price of 200 Euro.
They will start encrypting partially in May. In 2005 it will be fully encrypted. They are also announcing Sat receivers (from Zinwell with Irdeto module) to work with the smartened.
The channel will be the "main channel" and it will be a one time payment. No monthly fees for now.
The card will be available through retailers in Germany (only????).

The German site AreaDVD (link below) is reporting that the German channel 3SAT will broadcast in HDTV next Saturday.
The program is called Neues and is about new technology. It will be in Pal on the Euro1080 transponder. Start is at 18:30 local time.
